Re-opening St. Monica for Masses
We are open for Mass!
Our safety plan for resuming Masses at St. Monica’s aims to ensure that everyone can have a safe and meaningful Mass experience. There are new processes for entering and exiting church, social distancing in church, music, readings, offerings, the sign of peace, and receiving communion. We will provide more information during Mass. Please view the infographic below for more information. Mass looks a lot different, but the most important thing remains: God’s love in our community. Thank you for your help in maintaining the safety and love of our community as we develop our new “normal”!
*All weekday Masses fulfill the obligation of Sunday Mass during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please consider attending a weekday Mass as an option.
If you would like to help clean the church after Masses or if you can help with the logistics of Mass, please contact Mary Ellen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The St. Monica Church office will be closed until further notice. In case of emergency or if you need to talk to someone, please call the emergency number: (585) 723-6531.

Rooted in our rich Catholic heritage
Come and join us for Mass this weekend. Our liturgies are vibrant and always welcoming, as we are called to celebrate the sacred meal of the Eucharist as God's family. The diversity of our St. Monica parish surrounds us each week as we experience the beauty of the Holy Spirit working in our lives. Weekend Masses: Saturday at 4:00 PM and Sunday at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM for Emmanuel Church of the Deaf (Voice Interpreted). All are welcome!
