Our commitment to Social Ministry
As members of the New Saint Monica Faith community, we answer the call to live out our baptismal vocation in our daily lives, bringing the light of Christ’s presence to our families, workplaces, neighborhoods and the world. Our Social Ministry draws upon the wealth of Catholic social teachings on such concerns as justice, peace, solidarity with the poor, and dignity of human life. The mission of Social Ministry at Saint Monica is to educate, encourage and empower the community to develop right relationships, social structures based on fairness, and a people inspired by justice.
